Before working with Corey, I was kind of just drifting through life. I’d read a lot of self-help books and listened to podcasts, but I was only ever taking half-measures and never really changing how I showed up. Coaching with Corey helped me shift my mindset, get honest about where I actually was, and start focusing on the man I want to be 20–30 years from now. The journaling work was hard for me, but Corey reminded me that if it feels hard, I’m probably doing the right work — and that pushed me to actually show up for myself and my family. Since then, I’ve had deeper conversations with my wife, my son, and my friends, and my relationships feel like they’re on a completely different level. I’d only recommend working with Corey if you’re willing to do the work and be real, but if you are, this coaching can genuinely move you forward.

I was stuck in a lot of internal battles—frustration, questions, and a sense that parts of my life were stale and stagnant. I could see pieces of myself, but it all felt like a jumbled mess I couldn’t make sense of on my own. Coaching with Corey gave me a mirror. He helped me see patterns I didn’t even realize were running the show—especially the ways a ‘younger’ version of me was still making decisions in conflict, relationships, and how I viewed my own value. Through our work, I’ve started to move from overthinking and ‘mental masturbation’ into real action: getting up at 4am to train, focusing on a few things that truly matter, and actually following through. I’m becoming more consistent, more grounded, and more clear about who I am and where I’m going. If you’re on the fence, I’d say this: invest in yourself. Having someone like Corey in your corner to really see you and challenge you is absolutely worth it.

Corey is an insightful coach. He masterfully guides discussions through a variety of topics with a focus on inspiring men to reach their full potential. Hit him up if you’re ready to put in the real work.

Showing up to Corey’s men’s group in has become one of the most important parts of my week. It’s one of the few spaces where I can be honest about what’s really going on without feeling judged. Sitting with other men, hearing their stories, and realizing I’m not the only one wrestling with this stuff has been huge. Corey does a great job creating structure and safety, but he also lets the group be real — there’s room for vulnerability, different perspectives, and even disagreement, without it turning into drama. Over time, the simple act of showing up each week, checking in, and speaking out loud what I’m carrying has helped me feel less alone, more grounded, and more intentional about how I’m living my life.

The first thing I noticed about Corey is that he is a man that walks his talk. And what's most important to me is that he does so with humility and vulnerability. In our men's group, he doesn't place himself above others and he is the first person to speak up when he knows he is out of alignment with his own internal compass. I trust him to challenge me and he is equally open to me challenging him... this is what I believe is needed in the world of Menswork and leadership. Less hierarchy, more vulnerability, and a willingness to do "the work" together. This is what I feel Corey brings through in his work.

If you want to feel more confident, more grounded, and more at ease in conversations and relationships, this work is likely a good fit. You don’t need to be “broken” or at rock bottom. Many people come simply because they’re tired of overthinking, holding back, or feeling disconnected from who they really are. If you’re willing to reflect, practice, and grow, you’re in the right place.
Coaching here is a conversation, not a lecture. We focus on what’s really happening in your life, what patterns are showing up, and how you want to grow. Sessions are supportive, honest, and practical. You’ll gain insight, clarity, and simple ways to apply what you’re learning in real life — not just in theory.
Not at all. Many people start out unsure how to explain what they’re feeling or thinking. That’s normal. Part of the process is learning how to understand yourself more clearly and express what matters to you. You don’t need the right words — we’ll find them together.
This work is focused on growth, awareness, and forward movement. Unlike passive content, coaching is personalized. Unlike therapy, it’s not centered on diagnosing or fixing you. It’s about helping you build self-trust, confidence, and skills you can actually use in your daily life.
That’s completely normal. Most people feel some uncertainty before investing in themselves. You’re not expected to have everything figured out. The first step is simply exploring whether this feels supportive and aligned for you. There’s no pressure — just an opportunity to get clarity.
